Franchise mode is all that matters in a sports match and 2K MyLeague is the absolute pinnacle for it. Sure the other styles are crap P2W, however, MyLeague is easily the best franchise mode in any sports game ever. Better than Madden'02, together with all the Texans expansion draft? I was actually hoping to get a brand new NFL 2K game. 2K has hours of attributes more than Madden. Due to a company perspective, money, and EA. I am not saying that they need to, I'm just saying from what I have seen from EA's business practices I am surprised they have not given the capability to make money there. What will a Madden DLC even be? I think that it would have to function as the"story mode" but I can not imagine anyone paying additional for that garbage. Don't think so. They appear to produce all their cash on Ultimate Team with regard to post-sale chances. In all seriousness, I'm also interested in this. Does anybody know why? I think back in the day the group names were official but just kinda what everyone called the teams. I could be completely wrong but I really don't think like the early baseball teams'd official titles even though they were called the Red Stockings, Cubs, etc..
